No bake cookie recipes– children's activity.

A few tips for no bake cookie recipes.
These no-bake cookie recipes are all super quick, easy, and delicious. I am sure that you prepare sometimes the Rum balls, or something similar. But the Rum balls is not suitable for children so I have been looking for something different.

Eli´s Sesame-Orange-Cranberry-Maple balls

10 tablespoons of Cranberry-Maple syrup
10 tablespoons of Sesame seed paste and orange /I have bought this one/
200 g of children's biscuits
You can add 1 cup of chopped pecans - optional.

All the natural sweetness from the maple tree, with an added tang of cranberry accompanied with sesame, orange and your favourite biscuits will give you an inimitable taste. It will not be too sweet and it will be a little bit healthy. You can aslo use the sesame paste and the orange juice. You also can dip it in water, then dust with coloured sugar crystals.
We originally wanted to soak in chocolate, but then we decided that this is an ideal and would be better not to spoil it.

And second version is made from organic nut cream made from peanuts, cashews, hazelnuts, almonds and a pinch of sea salt. Nut creams are very tasty and healthy. So use it if you love it.

Eli´s  4 nuts-Cranberry-Maple balls

10 tablespoons of Cranberry-Maple syrup
10 tablespoons of Organic nut cream made from peanuts, cashews, hazelnuts, almonds and a pinch of sea salt /I have bought this one/
200 g of children's biscuits

The second version is much more better than the first. We eat them immediatelly.
It have no chance to visit a fridge. The combination of sweet and sour taste with salty nuts is quite ingenious.

Shape into balls. Dip in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.

Finally we decided not to dip it in chocolate, because it was so good, so we wanted not to spoilt them. But if you try both versions, they look the same, so it is good idea to do something to recognize them.

Enjoy!
